April Flicks

Sorry to have missed a month, I got ill and then just didn’t get out an about to take photos. Plus the weather has still been so dreary and cold; I’m ready for some warmer days now.

To make up for it, here’s a selection of the most beautiful blooms and blossoms I’ve seen so far this Spring. I hope you’ve been enjoying the season.

First of all, the Magnolia – this one is the ‘Overbecks’ Magnolia, in the Overbecks National Trust Garden, Salcombe. One of my favourite gardens. It’s at it’s most spectacular in Summer, but it’s early Spring Magnolia blooms are not to be missed.

And then continuing with the National Trust Gardens theme here are some photos from Grey’s Court and Hidcote.
